PINNACLE
|
'The Pinnacle' is French Island's quarterly magazine, distributed free-of-charge to all
FICA members. It contains news, items of interest, announcements of forthcoming activities
and more. Regular articles are contributed by the French Island General Store, Perseverance
Primary School, and other interested parties. Advertisements are also accepted and sponsorship
is welcome.
The Pinnacle started at Perseverance Primary School in 2002 as a joint venture between the
teacher Marg Howard, the school Council and resident Fay Gordes.
Interest in the magazine grew quickly as did its circulation. An editorial committee was
formed in 2003.
The Pinnacle has become a great source of information and comment, and the committee
remains committed to a high quality production with interesting and relevant content.
